Hobsons is situated in the historic Cathedral Quarter of the city. Gary Whitmore, who has nearly 50 years’ worth of skills, knowledge and experience, started trading on the Strand in 2000.

Leather restoration & repairs
We offer leather-craft services that have largely disappeared. Fine leatherwork is an art form to itself, and one that has been practiced by craftsmen for ages. For truly unique bridle leather belts with solid brass buckles, as well as handbag repairs.
